Enquiry privacy.

We ask for your name, contact information, suburb, vehicle details and preferred appointment to assess and respond to your detailing enquiry. Waleed may ask for vehicle photographs during your follow-up call.

How your information is used

Enquiries and photos are stored securely with the website’s hosting services. Enquiry details and private photo links are sent to Detail Dynasty’s Google Sheet and email inbox so Waleed can review them and call you. An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or recurring payments.

Appointment requests

The booking calendar collects your preferred appointment time. Waleed will contact you to confirm availability and your final quote.

Photos and sensitive information

Photographs are reviewed by a person; this site does not automatically analyse them with AI. Avoid including faces, number plates or personal documents. Photo links are private access links, so anyone you share a link with may be able to view that photo.

Contact and deletion

To ask about an enquiry or request correction or deletion, contact detail.dynastysydney@gmail.com. Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to manage your request and applicable business records.
